Blues music with Mike Higgins at Wingate Residences at Blackstone Boulevard

Musician Mike Higgins will perform at Wingate Residences at Blackstone Boulevard on Monday, Feb. 25 at 4 p.m. A Massachusetts native, Higgins sings with a strong, expressive voice and frequently performs the piedmont blues.
