Watch planes and aircrafts soar and spin in the sky this weekend at the Rhode Island National Guard’s Air Show, featuring the USAF Thunderbirds. Bring along blankets and lawn chairs and settle down for some amazing aerial tricks. Donations will benefit Hasbro Children’s Hospital, so you can enjoy the show and support a local organization. The second annual Barrington Arts Festival is happening this weekend, and it’s the perfect event for the whole family. Come out for live music by The Rhode Island Wind Ensemble, food, and artist’s demonstrations. USA Gymnastics Championships at the Dunkin' Donut Center
Get ready to tumble! Or, you know, watch the professionals do it at the 2016 USA Gymnastics Championships. This six-day competition will include the Olympic selection event for rhythmic gymnastics for the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. Bacon Fest on Block Island

The PawSox slug it out agains Louisville at home this weekend, but the extra bonus on Saturday night are the fireworks.
