It comes as no surprise that when most of us think of Rhode Island , we conjure images of our breathtaking coastlines and pristine beaches. But that’s not all the scenic wonder our state has to offer— we also have waterfalls. Tucked away from the ocean, amidst lush surroundings, these cascades unveil the diverse natural beauty of the Ocean State.

Blackstone Dam 

The large Blackstone Dam waterfall is formed by the Blackstone River's damming. Although it's not particularly tall, its broad span and the massive amount of water it manages are truly impressive. North Smithfield
