Resource Recovery and the town of North Providence Department of Public Works will partner to host a collection of household hazardous waste (anything labeled with a skull and crossbones, or words like 'toxic', 'poison', 'flammable', 'combustible', etc.) on Saturday, March 17 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at North Providence High School located at 1828 Mineral Spring Ave. This event is available free of charge to Rhode Island residents only. To help reduce time spent in line, appointments should be made in advance.
