Wingate Residences on Blackstone Boulevard will welcome the St. Sebastian Catholic Parish Choir for a musical performance on Sunday, Dec. 17 at 1:30 p.m. The St. Sebastian Catholic Parish, located on the East Side of Providence, was established in 1915.
