The 2026 Providence Culinary Collective Turns Up the Heat with Four Days of Food and Wine

Celebrity chefs, top-tier tastings, and can’t-miss bites take over March 26–29

Providence plans to crank up the flavor this spring as the Providence Culinary Collective returns March 26-29 with a jam-packed lineup of culinary delights. After last year’s smash debut, the 2026 festival brings more chefs, more experiences, and more reasons to eat, sip, and celebrate local flavor.

GoProvidence and Wine X teamed up once again to host the four-day food fest, which will take over restaurants, rooftops, and city streets with everything from cooking classes to drag brunches. “Providence is a city with an extraordinary culinary story to tell,” said Kristen Adamo, president and CEO of GoProvidence. “This year’s Collective brings even more talent, creativity, and opportunities to savor what makes our food scene so special.”

Festivalgoers can sip South African wines with sommelier Matt Gant, slurp oysters at CHOP, or cheer on a father-son chef showdown at The Capital Grille. Johnson & Wales chefs will teach hands-on cooking classes, while brunch lovers can chase Veuve Clicquot from Bellini’s rooftop to a glitter-filled food truck drag party downtown.

Rosanna Ortiz, founder of RMO PR and Wine X, designed the event to feel “refined yet approachable.” This year’s additions – including elevated wine tastings, chef-led dinners, and a local makers’ marketplace – highlight Providence’s growing culinary clout. “Wine X reflects what’s already happening here – thoughtful, creative, and worthy of national attention,” Ortiz said.

As if world-class food and wine weren’t enough, the Culinary Collective overlaps with the Lil Rhody Laugh Riot  comedy festival. Guests can catch stand-up sets from John Mulaney, Chelsea Handler, and Jay Pharoah between bites and sips. For tickets, a full schedule, and updates on signature events, visit GoPVDEats.com.
